Areas of Practice
Forming part of the existing 457, 187 and 186 Visa subclasses, these Visas are available to those business seeking to fill a skills shortage in their business by way of Sponsorship/Nomination and/or applicants (Foreign Nationals) wishing to fill such a role with the required skill set.
The subclass 820/801 and 309/100 Visas respectively correspond to the onshore and offshore Partner Visas. These Visas are available to those in a Married or De Facto relationship and form two (2) separate stages consisting of the temporary followed by the permanent, which is generally after a further period of two (2) years.
Consisting of the 132, 188 and 888 Visa subclasses. These Visas are geared towards proven business people who have established careers or are engaged in business ownership overseas with a view to committing an undertaking here in Australia by way of investment or ownership.
Varying family Visas are available for Parents, Children, Married and Remaining Relatives which include Visa subclasses 804,143, 101, 102, 445, 300 and 115. These Visas are designed to reunite family in Australia where requirements are met.
The 189, 190, 485 and 489 Visas form the Skilled Visa subclasses available in Australia. These Visas are designed to fill skills shortages in both regional and non-regional areas and are available to those with the required proven skill set. Apart from the 485 Visa, which is only available to selected recent graduates, these Visas operate on a skills points assessment to become eligible.
We handle all Migration matters relating to the Appeals Tribunals in your Australian Jurisdiction. If you have had a Visa refused you may have the right to Appeal the decision. Be sure to act fast and contact our office as soon as you receive the Decision, as there is a limited time-frame available for lodging the Appeal.
